A sleeper isn't a hunch — it's a price gap. Below are the players the market (public average draft position) drafts furthest LATER than our VOR board ranks them — and on the flip side, the reaches the market keeps overpaying for. Both lists come from the daily-refreshed NFL fantasy draft rankings.

Look past the individual names and a pattern emerges by position group. Six of the fifteen biggest sleepers are tight ends — Schultz, Okonkwo, Goedert, Kelce, Pitts, and Johnson all sit dozens of picks higher on our board than the market drafts them. That's consistent with how thin the position gets after the top two or three names; a shallow TE12 replacement level inflates the value of anyone with a real role, even aging veterans or new-situation guys.
The quarterback list is the most interesting split on this board. Rushing-capable young or mobile passers — Williams, Lawrence, Hurts — grade as sleepers, while pure pocket production from Burrow, Daniels, and Murray shows up as overpriced. That's a real signal about how replaceable standard passing yardage is in most scoring formats once you strip out rushing floor, though with QB depth this deep league-wide, the gap says as much about position scarcity math as it does about any individual passer's talent.
On the reach side, the wide receiver names — Nabers, Wilson, Hunter, Reed — are almost all players carrying draft-capital or breakout-year name recognition into their ADP rather than a clean target-share case. It's worth separating pedigree from proven role here; a receiver's ADP can lag his actual usage by a full season if the market is still pricing last year's ceiling instead of last year's target competition.
One caution on sample size: several of these gaps involve rookies or backfield committees (Tracy, Marks, Harvey, Tuten) where roles are still being defined in camp. A 60-plus pick gap on an unproven committee back is a much softer signal than the same gap on a ten-year veteran with a defined role, so treat the RB entries on both lists as more fluid than the rest of the board.
